Welcome to Vendor Self Service (VSS)

In order to better serve you, the City of Pawtucket, Pawtucket School Department and Pawtucket Water Supply Board have developed a vendor Self-Service site that will allow you to register as a vendor and obtain information about your accounts.

All vendors are required to register. The registration site will guide you through the completion of your company/individual profile and the selection of a username and password that will be used to manage your account in the future.

Please note, registration does not imply authorization to do business or that a contract is approved with the City of Pawtucket, Pawtucket School Department or the Pawtucket Water Supply Board.

After registration, all vendors must complete and sign a W-9 form, which can be found at the following link: Please attach this and other certificates to your account by going under your profile page and selecting upload attachments. All http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.attachments should be in PDF. Any registration that does not have a W-9 attached will not be activated.
